For our office in Ulm, we are looking for an

International Key Account Manager / Business Analyst (m/w/d) E-Commerce 

YOUR TASKS: 

  • You will manage international e-commerce customers (with focus on Amazon) including revenue responsibility and growth actions
  • You will conduct competition analyses, generate market potentials for beurer and develop sales strategies in close coordination with the sales director e-commerce EU
  • Continuous analysis of relevant KPIs with Excel evaluations and software tools incl. derivation of various measures to increase sales
  • Close collaboration between key account and content team for continuous optimization and conception of active growth initiatives
  • Coordination of advertising planning and its implementation
  • Further development of the field activity through new ideas and continuous market observation

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in business administration or a bachelor/masters degree programme
  • You have already gained initial professional experience in key account management and e-commerce, ideally in conjunction with Amazon
  • In addition to strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers, you have excellent MS Excel knowledge
  • You have business fluency in German and English; knowledge of Spanish and/ or French is an advantage
  • High reliability, commitment and perserverance characterize you
  • Strong customer focus, a very structured working method as well as the ability to work in a team complete your profile
